Prosaas CRM provides multiple methods to capture leads:

Lead Capture Methods

1. Manual Entry:

  • Navigate to "Prospects" > "+ Add Lead"
  • Enter contact information and lead details
  • Assign to a team member for follow-up
  • Set lead source and status

2. Web Forms:

  • Create customized lead capture forms
  • Embed forms on your website or landing pages
  • Leads are automatically added to the CRM when forms are submitted

3. Email Integration:

  • Forward emails to a dedicated address to create leads
  • Extract contact information automatically
  • Attach original email as reference

4. Import Tools:

  • Import leads from spreadsheets or other systems
  • Map fields to ensure data consistency
  • Perform bulk imports for efficiency
