1. Manual Entry:
- Navigate to "Prospects" > "+ Add Lead"
- Enter contact information and lead details
- Assign to a team member for follow-up
- Set lead source and status
2. Web Forms:
- Create customized lead capture forms
- Embed forms on your website or landing pages
- Leads are automatically added to the CRM when forms are submitted
3. Email Integration:
- Forward emails to a dedicated address to create leads
- Extract contact information automatically
- Attach original email as reference
4. Import Tools:
- Import leads from spreadsheets or other systems
- Map fields to ensure data consistency
- Perform bulk imports for efficiency
