Cloning Tasks
Save time by cloning existing tasks:
1. Simple Cloning:
- Navigate to the task you want to clone
- Click the "Clone" button
- Modify any details as needed
- Save the new task
2. Batch Cloning:
- Select multiple tasks using checkboxes
- Click "Clone Selected"
- Adjust details for the cloned tasks
- Save all new tasks at once
3. Recurring Tasks:
- Set up a task as recurring
- Define the recurrence pattern (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Specify end conditions (number of occurrences or end date)
- The system will automatically create new instances based on the pattern
