Adding Tasks

Tasks are the building blocks of your project milestones and help break down complex deliverables into manageable work items. Adding tasks in Prosaas CRM allows you to assign specific work to team members and track progress effectively.

To add a new task, navigate to your milestone and click the "+ Add Task" button. This will open the task creation form where you can define all the necessary task details.

When creating a task, you'll need to provide the following information:

Once you've filled in all the required information, save the task to add it to your milestone. The task will now be visible to the assigned team members and can be tracked through the project dashboard.
