Creating Milestone

Milestones are key checkpoints in your project that help track progress and ensure important deliverables are met on time. Creating milestones in Prosaas CRM is a straightforward process that helps organize your project timeline effectively.

To create a new milestone, start by navigating to your project and accessing the "Milestones" tab. This section provides you with an overview of all existing milestones and allows you to add new ones.

Click the "+ Add Milestone" button to open the milestone creation form. Here, you'll need to define the essential milestone details:

• Milestone Name: Choose a clear, descriptive name that identifies the milestone's purpose
• Description: Provide detailed information about what this milestone represents and what deliverables are expected
• Due Date: Set the target completion date for this milestone
• Dependencies: If applicable, establish any dependencies on other milestones or tasks that must be completed first

Once you've filled in all the necessary information, save the milestone to add it to your project timeline. The milestone will now appear in your project dashboard and can be tracked alongside your other project activities.
